Some Editting Websites/Apps you can use!

Hey!

So if your looking for perhaps a website or app to use on your phone to edit a picture, here are some I recommend!

Pizap - Easy to use make edits, designs and collages!

Pixlr - More for those who are designing outfits so you can use layers! (App avaliable too.)

Picsart - You can get it off the Windows Store if you have an Windows 8 computer. Also an app is avaliable to use too, which has more features.
